Shipping policy

Due to the restrictions imposed by the government, dispatches and deliveries might take longer than usual. Shipping within 24 hours policy will not be applicable.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - INDIA

• Free Shipping on all orders above INR 999.
• All prepaid orders below INR 599 would be charged at the rate of INR 49.
  
• All COD orders would be charge at the rate of INR 79.
• Once an order comes back in RTO (return to origin) to our warehouse, we won't be able to accept other COD orders from you. We will let you know when this situation arises and will give you a way to convert to prepaid. If not, we will, unfortunately, have to cancel the order.
• All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for security purposes. 2 attempts will be made to confirm the order failing which, orders will be cancelled. (We suggest confirming your COD order on call for a smooth delivery experience). Also, a phone number is mandatory, so please make sure to provide the correct phone number while placing the order to have a smooth delivery experience.
• The whole order amount including delivery charges (if any) will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.
• Our courier partners will make contact with the shipping number provided at the time of delivery. Please make sure to answer the call for smooth delivery. After 3 failed attempts to deliver your product, your order will be returned back to our warehouse.
• Your little order will reach you within 3-10 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery duration could vary due to external situations.
• In case of delays in delivery, Kindly give us 24 hours to launch a conversation with the courier teams and get it resolved for you. They are not part of the Nourr Cosmetics core team so please expect delays in responses.

We currently ship to Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Maldives, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.

• Our courier partners will make contact with the shipping number provided at the time of delivery. Please make sure to answer the call for smooth delivery. After 3 failed attempts to deliver your product, your order will be returned back to our warehouse.
• Your order will reach you within 8-15 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery duration could vary due to external situations.

International Shipping Fees -

The fees are charged as per the weight of the package -

• Upto 50gms - INR 900
• 50gms - 100gms - INR 1100
• 100gms - 150gms - INR 1300
• 150gms - 200 gms - INR 1500
• Above 200 gms - INR 1800

 

Out Of Stock:

If a product is out of stock, the product will either not appear on the site, or an “Out of Stock” notification will appear on the product detail page. Sometimes, however, the product appears to be available when you place your order, but in fact, may be out of stock/defective. If this happens, we will send you a mail at the earliest, informing you that we cannot fulfil your order. The order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded the entire order amount including any delivery charges for the same.

Cancellation policy

https://nourrcosmetics.com/ reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Any cancellations on PREPAID orders initiated by Nourr By Mallika Bhat will result in a refund of the entire order amount.

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped. In such cases refund will be processed through the original means of payment within 10 working days. In case of COD orders, refund will be done via bank transfer. Please email us at info@revurge.com regarding order cancellation.
